In response to recent Senate action on federal education legislation affecting children in care, CWLA has created a summary document providing further details about Senator Al Franken’s (D-MN) Fostering Success in Education amendement to Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act reauthorization. The summary document provides background and context to the issue of educational stability, as well as an outline of the amendment’s provisions.
